At Revery, we strive to provide exceptional services and products to all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established a non-refund policy as outlined below:
Non-Refund Policy
Service Payments:
- All payments for spa services are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with your treatment before leaving the spa so we can address them promptly.
Product Purchases:
- All sales of skincare products, cosmetics, and other retail items are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Gift Cards and Packages:
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can, however, be transferred to another person or used towards any of our services or products.
Deposits and Prepayments:
- Deposits or prepayments made for appointments or special events are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy for details on how to avoid losing your deposit.
Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals:
- If you miss your appointment or arrive late, please note that the full service fee will still apply, and no refunds will be given. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service.
Course of Treatment:
- If you purchase a course of treatment sessions (e.g., a package of facials), please note that these sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame. Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Exceptions:
- While we maintain a strict non-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation
By booking with Revery, you agree to the following:
Appointments:
- Booking: Schedule online, by phone, or in person.
- Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened, full fees apply.
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice required; late cancellations incur a fee, no-shows charged full fee.
Payments:
- Service Payments: Due at time of service.
- Deposits: Non-refundable, may be applied to future services.
- Products: All sales final, no returns or exchanges.
- Gift Cards/Packages: Non-refundable, transferable, no cash exchange.
Spa Etiquette:
- Respect: Maintain a quiet atmosphere, silence phones.
- Health Conditions: Inform therapist of any medical issues.
- Belongings: Not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Liability:
- Results: Individual results may vary, no guaranteed outcomes.
- Medical Advice: Not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Injury/Damage: Not liable for any injury, damage, or loss during treatments.

- Confidentiality: Personal information is confidential.
